NCOAGA Chapter 41 Goals

Primary Goal
Increase Membership within the Chapter

General Activity Statement
The Chapter will increase the visibility of the
NCOAGA mission statement and goals by conducting different base wide,
squadron events and community events.

Secondary Goal
Establish and Maintain the Young Hero's Program

General Activity Statement
The Young Hero's Program has been revalidated
within the unit and the NCOAGA will be the host OPR. The NCOAGA working in
conjunction with Fletcher Allen will coordinate on applications for the
award and distribution of the award for those children between the ages of
3-17 who have demonstrated courage and perseverance in overcoming
life-threatening challenges.

Currently the association has awarded 15 Young Hero's Awards to local youth
and we have 2 pending for award.

Tertiary Goal
Incorporate Community Events into the association and
develop strong ties within core groups of the local community so that they
can call upon our members to functions, assistance, and event promotions.

General Activity Statement
The members of the NCOAGA are dedicated and professional military members who display the highest level of decorum. Community events tied to displaying these attributes will be wholeheartedly supported. Functions such as Flag details, food drives, volunteering time at local sporting events and supporting our local VFW and Elks members at Flag Day are typical for our association.
