NCOAGA Membership Conduct
Any member of the Association who conducts himself in a manner that infringes upon the rights of, or brings discredit upon the Noncommissioned Officer Corps will be required to show cause why his membership in the Association should not be terminated. He will appear before the Board of Directors at the next scheduled meeting. The action taken by the Directors will be final.
The Association being a nonpolitical organization prohibits any Association member, when acting as a representative of the Association, from campaigning, delivering speeches or otherwise engaging in any activity that could be construed as being related to partisan politics; that is, the Association shall not endorse candidates of any political organization.
