About the NCOAGA

The Air National Guard Noncommissioned Officer Academy Graduate Association was organized in 1968 by a group of graduates from earlier Air National Guard Non-commissioned Officer Academy classes. The objective of this Association is to support commanders through the leadership, knowledge, and experience of its members as follows, but not limited to:

a. Promote enlisted professional military education with an in-residence emphasis.
b. Prepare enlisted members for enlisted professional military education with an in-residence emphasis.
c. Support enlisted professional military education with an in-residence emphasis.
d. Instill pride and esprit de corps through

2. Military customs and traditions.
3. Patriotism and community involvement.
